- Step 1: Register for a new account at https://upcatet.net/
- Step 2: Log in (uploading a document, filling up information, and qualifying details)
- Step 3: Payment of Application Fees
- Step 4: Print the application form .
- Instructions for the Photo: A recent passport-size photo featuring the candidate’s name, father’s name, and the date of the photo shoot
- Take a 15-inch printout of the photo (see page 25 of the notification for an example).
- Only use a black ball pen to scan your signature.
